Chess: Knight Fever, Bingo Fever, Word Fever, and Card Fever for iPhone, iPad, and Mac

These Terms of Use apply to the following apps published by PurvaKalpa (”we”, “us”): Chess: Knight Fever, Bingo Fever, Word Fever, and Card Fever (each, “the App”). Where a term applies to only one app, we say so with a label.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
3. Free apps
All apps The apps are free. They contain no advertising and no in-app purchases. No account or payment is required to use any feature.
4. Nature of the games
Chess: Knight Fever is a chess game, including additional original “funky” variants (such as an Endless / Mobius mode), for entertainment.
Bingo Fever is a social Tambola, Housie, and custom Bingo game played over a local Wi-Fi network. It is for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or prizes of monetary value, and must not be used for any unlawful gambling activity. Any prizes are within the game and have no cash value.
Word Fever is an original word-tile game with its own letter values and board layouts, and includes original daily word and crossword puzzles. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Scrabble, Wordle, or their respective owners; those names are trademarks of their owners.
Card Fever is a collection of classic card games (including Wild Eights, President, Go Fish, War, Hearts, and Rummy, plus the casino card games Blackjack, Texas Hold’em, Baccarat, and Five-Card Draw). The casino games are played with in-game play chips only. Card Fever does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or prizes of monetary value, and must not be used for any unlawful gambling activity. Play chips have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value. The games are public-domain classics presented with original art and names; Card Fever is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UNO, Monopoly, or any other brand, which are trademarks of their owners.
5. Acceptable use All apps
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; send abusive, harassing, infringing, or unlawful content in chat, photos, or custom cards; cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or other players’ devices; or impersonate others. A host may remove (kick) any player at their discretion.
6. User content and multiplayer All apps
You are solely responsible for the names, messages, photos, and custom cards you create or share. This content is transmitted directly between players over your local network; we do not host or moderate it. In Bingo Fever, a host’s optional audit log is a local record kept on the host device.
7. iCloud Knight Fever and Word Fever
If enabled, your game data and progress sync through your own iCloud account, subject to Apple’s terms. Availability of sync depends on your Apple account and connectivity.
8. Disclaimer of warranties All apps
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Local network play depends on your devices and Wi-Fi and is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurvaKalpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
10. Apple
This agreement is between you and PurvaKalpa only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. PurvaKalpa, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.
